✖️ What is NOT Included:

– Your round trip travel expense from home to Pune
– Your stay in Pune before or after the retreat
– Any extra orders or services you avail at the retreat hotel

If you are coming from outside of India,
the following is NOT included:

– Visa (Foreign nationals who need it to enter India)
– Travel/medical insurance. (Recommended)
– Airport transfers to the Pune hotel/ retreat venue and back.
– Your personal shopping, personal phone calls, taxies

💰 Payment Policy –

A non-refundable deposit of ₹11,555 ($137) is required to secure your spot.
If you miss an installment payment by the due date, your spot will be released for reservation by others.

󠁿󠁿⚠️Cancellation and Refund Policy –

A non-refundable deposit of ₹11,555 ($137) is required to secure your spot.

If you cancel 60 days before the retreat (i.e., before November 8th, 2024), the deposit will be retained, and 10% of the paid amount, plus credit card fees, will be deducted. You will receive a refund of the remaining balance.
If you cancel 30 days before the retreat (i.e., before December 9th, 2024), the deposit will be retained, and 20% of the paid amount, plus credit card fees, will be deducted. The remainder will be refunded to you.
If you cancel within 30 days of the retreat, will result in a total loss of funds.

Alternatively, if you’d like to transfer your spot to someone else instead of cancelling, you are welcome to do so!

Transport from Pune to the Retreat Venue and back –

As option 1:
A Bus Transport from Pune to the retreat venue will be arranged at additional cost, depending upon number of people wanting this service. The vehicle and the price may vary depending upon the final number of participants opting for this option.

The approximate cost is:
Bus (INR 1450*/ USD 19* including GST) per person, pick-up and drop

The Bus will be arranged from a specific spot on January 8th at 11.30am
The Bus will also pick you up at the venue on 12 January and drop you at the designated stop back in Pune.
Travel time from Pune to the venue is – approximately one hour twenty minutes.

If you want to opt for the bus, please let us know, you will be added in the WhatsApp group once you secure your spot.

Option 2: Your own transport

You can directly come at the venue at 12.30pm on January 8th and park your vehicle at the venue.
